Who we are
This site is operated by Special Food, a manufacturer of food flavors and concentrates based in Damascus countryside – Qanat Rans, Syria.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request form: your name, your company or factory name, your email address, your phone number and — if you choose to give them — your notes. Along with these we receive the product type you selected, the flavor or product you asked about, and the quantity or requirements you described. We never ask for payment details.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and reply to you by email or phone. Nothing else.
How it is handled
The form sends your message straight to our own email inbox. This site keeps no customer database, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else. We briefly record the IP address a submission comes from so that the form can be rate-limited against automated abuse.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. The language you choose is carried in the page address itself, not stored on your device.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email inbox while we are dealing with them and for as long as we remain in contact about your business. Ask us and we will delete yours.
Your choices
Write to us at the address below to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
